Job Description;

– Handle customer’ complaints
– Contact customers via telephone, email, or chat and help customers to get information they need
– Build potential customers’ interest about products/services offered
– Update customers / potential customers database, prospects with the latest information and data

Job Requirement;
– Minimum education D3/S1
– Max. 32 years old
– Experienced in call center/ e-commerce is preferred
– Have good communication skills
– Responsive
– Computer literate
– Willing to work with shifting system
